| Here are those buds in the 'hood busting into fragrant blooms! |
I stuffed another roll of film into that clunky medium format of mine and here are some images that came out.... I think I have a light leak--well, I know it--there is blue flare at the bottom of many images--the color balance has gone to the birds-there is no working with that rogue light beam. Nevertheless, the images are still worthy of documenting little moments as I see them.

| Scott is tapping the new railroad tie into place as Hayes plays with a funnel. |
| Hayes and I wait in the truck as Scott hands his load order off to a worker at Indiana Mulch. |
| The truck is loaded down with Mark's Mix dirt and mulch... Hayes tries to see the dirt and Scott is getting ready to rein it in so we don't lose any on the way home. |
| Hayes helps offload the dirt. |
| Working together... |
| I was getting dinner ready and look out my kitchen window(now that the aloe has a new home) to see this... Scott continuing working and Hayes is taking a break, lying down on his Olidog for a minute. | | | | |
The next day, we planned to picnic with Scott for lunch at his work. We also wanted to dip into the greenhouse for a peek. There are such beautiful things on view there--and to buy there.
There is that light leak.... and Scott and a very tired Hayes in the IMA greenhouse. We bought a scented geranium with citronella to attempt to naturally repel mosquitoes and a beautiful umbrella plant.

| Picnic in the garden at the IMA... and horrid distortion from that light leak. |
| Nice little nook just for us. |
One load of dirt wasn't enough. We met Scott again after his day was done at the museum at Indiana Mulch for a second load.
| browsing the wares at IN Mulch |
| Just after being loaded down... Hayes and I couldn't round the block quick enough to get a shot of the load being dumped into the truck... |
| Heavy load. |

I love the picture of Hayes in his car seat, turning around, and you can see your husband out of the back window. That one is my favorite. Plus, Hayes is such a little cutie! I hope all is well with you, and that the rain we have been having will help your garden and life grow plentifully! Have a happy Wednesday!
these are very nice. i actually like the light leak. it makes the photos looked aged.
Stephanie, thanks so much for stopping by and commenting! It was so neat to meet you and your bffs last weekend!!
Katie, thanks! And I don't mind the light leak, either--it gives grit-or age, as you say... (I guess it can be annoying to me, though, when I want a crisp, clear image that is in the square format....) thanks for the comment!
